It all starts with a little boy named Goku that gets hit by call a car by a girl named Bulma. Bulma then sees that Goku has a dragon ball (sees explanations) and explains to him all about it. While Bulma has two and are trying to collect them for a wish. But Goku doesn't want to give up his dragon ball, so Bulma agrees to let him tag along. There is another problem, Palif, a emperor of a small kingdom, and his two henchmen Mai and Shal are also gathering the dragon balls to wish for ultamite control over the world. | Goku and Bulma then meets a turtle, which Goku helps it out by carrying it back to it's owner Master Roshi. Master Roshi awards Goku with Nimbus and a dragon ball. They then go to a town where a scary monster terrorizes everyone. After being defeated by Goku, the monster reveals himself as a pig that can change his form to anything he wants for 5 minutes. Later Oolong joins Goku and Bulma. They meet a robber named Yamcha and his friend Puar next. Yamcha had been practising Martial Arts and Puar also knows how to transform like Oolong. After being rivals of Goku, Yamcha permanently turns good. Everyone then meets Ox-King and Chi-Chi. Ox-King asks Master Roshi, a former teacher of his, to help put out a huge fire on a mountain. Master Roshi then shoots out a huge blasts called Kamehameha and blew out all the fire. Goku seeing this, also tries to do a Kamehameha. But only does a little beam, then again it took Master Roshi 50 years to even make a beam. Everyone then goes to Palif's castle to steal all the dragonballs Palif was able to gather. But they were trapped and stolen of their dragonballs. Yamcha then tells Goku to do the Kamehameha to try to blow the wall off, but only manages to push out a block. Palif then calls the dragon and was about to make his wish when after escaping through the hole Goku made, Oolong and Puar comes. Oolong jumps right on Palif's head and wishes for a Supreme Underwear, he gets some underwear with a dragon on it (trying to advertise himself no doubt). The dargonballs then are scattered all over the world, not useable until another year. Palif no extremely angry manages to catch everyone again and puts them in a room that has a glass ceiling. This is so the next mourning they will fry and die. Goku then explains to everyone what his Grandfather was telling him before he died. It was of the great monkey that killed him, his last words were to tell Goku to never look at the moon. Bulma, Yamcha, Oolong and Puar worries that the great monkey might be cause when Goku looks at the moon. So Bulma tells Goku to not look at the moon at points at it, Goku turns around and begins to transform. Everyone starts freaking out, but as Goku grew larger, he broke the glass ceiling somewhat saving them from death. But now they must overcome Goku as he is unable to control himself and rampages everything. They try to cut off Goku's tail and it works turning back, and they then escaped Palif's castle. Since they can't use the dragonballs until another year, Goku goes off to train with Master Roshi, while everyone else lives in the city. Goku then meets a monk named Krillin that also wants to train with Master Roshi. But Master Roshi won't train anyone until they bring him a girlfriend. So they find a girl named Lunch and begin to train. Although, Lunch has a wierd condition, that whenever she sneezes, her hair changes color and becomes evil. At first, Goku and Krillin were rivals, but soon they became best friends. They were both training for the Tenkaichi Budokai tournament. When the tournament finally came both Goku and Krillin makes it to the finals, and Yamcha, which also joined, made it the finals too. But both Krillin and Yamcha were defeated by someone named Jackie Chun, which is really Master Roshi in disguised. The final match was then Goku versus Jackie Chun. The match took place at night and was really good. During the match Goku happened to look into the moon and transformed. But Jackie Chun knew what to do and destroyed the moon. Goku turns back passed out, and Jackie Chun wins the match. Goku gets secong place, and decides to train harder for the next Tenkaichi Budokai tournament in 3 years. He the goes find the 4-star dragonball. | |||
