The HyperBalic Time Chamber, is another dimensional room. In here the gravity is 50x that of earths, and 1 day will seem like 1 year.
Below are the rules for the H.B.T.C... Must have a PL over 500,000. Only Two people can enter at a time. Training done in the H.B.T.C is doubled the maximum gain. May only enter the H.B.T.C, 3 times while your a member of this RPG.
