Powers: Lou has no physical form, and as such physical attacks do nothing against him. He can teleport instantaneously, produce jets of flame, and has some psychic abilities. Lou is also the king of manipulation, and can alter his appearance as needed.
Profile: Lou is a being of pure energy and cruelty. For centuries he has enjoyed tormenting and manipulating various humans, and was indirectly responsible for many of history's tradgedies. He will sometimes help others, but only if they are more powerful than himself or he knows he'll get something out of it.
