There are a couple of Agia Anna Beaches on Mykonos. The one pictured here is the one next to Kalafatis, in the south east, close to Kalo Livadi. This Agia Anna Beach is not one of my favourites: host to an Italian holiday village, with Italian dj's talking and talking over the speakers, and playing bad Italian music. The beach is also not very clean, and the umbrella's and some of the chairs look like they have been dug up from a garbage pile. The sea is just as nice here though as on the other beaches on the southcoast, however there are some rocks in the front as you get into the water. When it's very windy in Kalafatis you can find some shelter behind the bamboo. It still feels like you are visiting a beach somewhere in Italy though, and since there are already so many Italians on Mykonos it can become too much here ;)!
