map Pefkos Beach, Samos Pefkos Beach is a small pebble beach in the south of Samos. It can be reached over an exit just before you drive into the Balos Beach area or it can be reached by driving through Koumeika and then heading down south. Pefkos Beach is a quiet pebble beach with a couple of houses on it and an accommodation (the Bella Vista). The pebbles on the beach are quite large large and you would have to wear beach slippers if you wanted to go into the water. The road to Pefkos Beach is like a dirt track on some places and I wouldn't recommend going there by normal car. Walking or going there by Jeep is a better plan. There are several beaches in a row here and Pefkos is not the best option in my point of view. Perri Beach or the beach in between Perri Beach and Kampos (another "Psili Amos" Beach) are better, becasue they are not all pebbles.
