The beautiful little bay of Votsi is located in the settlement of the same name, just one kilometre north of Patitiri. The walk to Votsi Beach and the village from the harbour of Patitiri takes about 20 minutes. The bay is surrounded by marble formations, streaked with red stripes and descending into crystalline emerald waters where a couple of fishing boats are floating. The little shingle beach has place only for a few visitors and there are no sunbeds or umbrellas for rent. At certain times of the day though you can find some shade under the cliff that surrounds the beach and under the overhanging trees.
