Kaioshin is the god of the east. Kaioshin is the highest diety remaining after Buu's slaughter of the other Gods. Kaioshin comes to Earth during the Budoukai (A terminent on Earth) to warn Goku about Babidi's plan to revive Buu. Kaioshin's power is comparable to the Z warriors. Kaioshin is the most powerful being in Another Diemention, cause of that he is shocked that Goku and Vegeta are stronger, as they are just merely mortals.
