1st. Dengeta - The real legendary super saiyan by most people would be Brolly. But I
believe it is indeed Goku because he had reached the highest level of all the SSJ's which
is SSJ4. But if you really want to get me going then you can look at the fact that he went
SSJ4 and then went Golden Oozaru which is the Oozaru form when you are SSJ.

think its brolly because he was the first one being called a legendary sayian and
hey was very strong.
Mine- Yes, brolly was born with a powerlevel of 10,000 when goku was born with a
powerlevel of 10. But the reason y i think goku is the true legandary saiyan for the
reasons. When vegeta tells goku about the legendary saiyan that lived 3,000 years ago on
namek they showd a pic of him when he was in his golden oozaru form. goku later on reached
golden oozaru, but so did Bebi vegeta, but bebi vegeta was not a full blooded saiyan cause
vegeta had bebi power and bebi controled him and bebi was not a saiyan at all. but really
everything that happens in GT can't be put with the legendary saiyan cause GT was not made
by the same person who made dragonball and dbz. but in that case goku still is the
legendary saiyan cause brolly was only like a ultra saiyan when they fought all the times.
and if brolly did go SSJ2 it whould not matter cause goku went SSJ3 and the only other
person who went SSJ3 was gotenks but he don't count cause trunks and goten are both half
saiyan not full blood and gotenks is a fusion not a single person. so this is why goku is
the legendary saiyan.
