Must the proponents of intelligent design relegate their enlightened and honest intelligent-design declaration simply to theory with no actual proof and present that to students as questionable or debatable theory....or instead make universally-agreed-upon statements of definable and obvious fact relating to the rational realm of legal sanity?

Good will win out in the end, and the unfairness of godless repression and suppression will not ultimately conquer. Tables will be turned and monies diverted - away from increasingly-despised consortiums and conglomerations of fading-prestige pseudo-academia nuthouses - to new and open-minded institutions of genuine learning, education, and scientific knowledge:

It is imperative in discussion about "intelligent design" to determine first if, then how natural entities are indeed "intelligently" designed. Not entering the sordid abyss of metaphysical idiocrity in which the very existence of real things is crazily questioned or doubted, every one in their right mind and who is honest (thus not ready for temporary or permanent incarcertation in a state hospital for the criminally insane) admits there are for sure real things and real entities in reality.

As to whether such real things and entities are "intelligently" designed is not only dependent on whether or not the evaluator is himself or herself "intelligent" enough to comprehend "intelligence," but (and more importantly) Scripture itself qualifies whether real things and entites are "intelligently" - or wisely - designed:

Job 15:8 Have you listened in the council of God? And do you limit wisdom to yourself?
Job 28:20 "Whence then comes wisdom? And where is the place of understanding?
Job 38:36 Who has put wisdom in the clouds, or given understanding to the mists?
Job 38:37 Who can number the clouds by wisdom? Or who can tilt the waterskins of the heavens?

Psalm 104:24 O LORD, how manifold are Your works! In wisdom have You made them all; the earth is full of Your creatures.

The controversy of whether or not intelligent design should be taught in schools would logically involve the counterpart of whether non-intelligent design or random design should rather be taught. What is meant by "random" has nothing to do with variety, but everything to do (in this case) with speculations on the possibility of mutation-based reproductions which and who are not sterile and therefore reproduceable progenie of exact characteristics typical of the specific species or "kinds" (as Scripture refers to such).

Speaking of the inclusion of Scripture in biological and other scientific discussions in classrooms, those not dull of mind nor blindly disingenuous readily admit that the disciplines and dogma of one area of science frequently can and does become seamlessly integrated of another area of science. For example, and in this case, the science of theology (that is: the study of God) often is quite intimately involved with the sciences of microbiology, biology, genetics, recorded history, natural science, archeology, and anthropology - especially pertaining to the study of primal origins and consistent-characteristic duplications of the phenomena of lifeform entities. The use of complex mathematics involving algebra, advanced algebra, geometry, trigonometry, calculus, tensor analysis, celestial mechanics, etc. might or might not be utilized in diverse branches of sciences.

With repeated reference to the science of theology, a short Scriptural summary of what has so far has been said is appropriate, and the passage referenced is a segment of the New-Testament book of Romans chapters 1 and 2:

The aberrant theory of evolution does nothing to add to knowledge of the verifiable INITIAL origin of living and non-living natural phenomena, nor does it accurately describe the obviously-consistent continuation of those phenomena to the present time. Moreover, transmutation of species has never happened and does not happened, as the prophet and scientist Job stated in his Old-Testament-included verse:

The repetitively-recurrent stability of obviously-created phenomena is perceived by David in his Old-Testament writing:

Indeed, the Bibical creationist - in compliance with the science of theology - at least has an explanation (albeit as simplistic and non-mathematical as it is) regarding knowledge of identity of the Creator, basic but adequate descriptions of created phenomena, the order of the beginnings and appearance of them, their purpose and functioning, time periods involved in producing phenomena, and so forth. Again, the evolutionist does not have a clue pertaining to such without plagiaristically citing Biblical semantics and framing his deviances within already-written Scriptural structure and parameters.

Specifically, the Biblical creationist (in honorable-reputation, good-record, true faith) not simply believes by also knows for sure who created non-living and living phenomena of and on Earth in the past, out of what He created them, and how long it took for Him to created them. The atheistic evolutionist - in complete lamentable contrast - has NO veracious reference as to the who, how, and how long just referred to....and the speculative substitutions of presumed and origins-unknown Big-Bang baloney, perhaps visiting-aliens depositors, zipcoded-like pre-mutational, accumulation-of-myriad-mutational-mistake prototypes, and billions/millions of years is not only diametrically contrary to the Biblical account but has no five-senses-perceivable basis for anyone to gullibly accept such deplorably-wrong theories.

As such, it almost goes without saying the free expression of the true-religion Judeo-Christian take on creation origins should not be prohibited, while the false-religion atheistic-evolutionist take on creation origins should not be established regarding correct interpretation and application of the First Amendment of the United States Constitution.

To elaborate, Biblical creationists know WHO created everything in recorded history, plus HOW that Creator created them, and the origin of a nude-human FEMALE:

Biblical creationists even know what the exact and precise length of a "day" was relating to the above-stated verses:

The Hebrew-Text word for "day" above is yom [pronounced: yohm], and when preceded by the Hebrew idiomatic phrase "and there was evening and there was morning" and especially when yom is preceded by an ordinal number....the only possible meaning intended is a 24-hour period.....with or without the presence of sun and moon, with or without the cyclic repetition of sunrise and sunset - which is especially important, being that the Sun and stars were not created until Day 4 of Creation Week:

Keep in mind that all the references above are factually-valid science relating to the scientific exploration and dissertation of theology (i.e. the study of God), though not necessarily (nor needfully) relating to non-applicable laboratory experiments in other scientific areas of microbiology, biology, paleontology, archeology, anthropoly, astology, mythology, physiology, and others.

Involved with various disciplines of science is the conception of irreducible complexity, and another is the observationally-apparent stark absence of useless and discarded garbage organs and other body parts which should have been existent in the hit-and-miss process of evolutionary transmutations, with a pletoria of fossils to verify such.

Irreducible complexity involves a honest and thorough scholarly description of everything from the most minute nucleonic particles to the most complex living and non-living entities. Addition or subtraction of any part or parts of such would cause the entities to lose their unique characteristics along with the precise Latin or other names they have been given. One can readily see how illogical discrepancies touted by evolutionists would not rightly reflect what that always was, is, and continues to be.

A serious flaw of illogicality inherently engrained within evolution relates to absolute necessity for functional created entities having to have all their intricate parts all at once (as in adult and fully-developed lifeforms) and operating simultaneously for creatures to exist as particular and uniquely-characteristic lifeforms. If any part is missing and never will become unmissing, missing and perhaps sometime in the future will cease to become missing, has not yet developed, has only partially developed.....the entire lifeform might not and probably will not operate whatsoever.

True, a man can temporarily come into existence and/or exist as a man without arms or legs; an somewhat-operational car can temporarily be assembled and/or run without muffler, hub caps, hood, lights, etc. But the precise characteristics which classify a fully-functional man or car as a fully-functional man or car can only occur if both have all their intricate parts - all at once - and all simulatenously functioning in interdependent associations with each other. To presume such intricate parts formed and assembled (not "were assembled") by mere coincidental chance (by themselves) is blatantly absurd. If enough vital parts are left out or missing, the specific entity will either never become nor be a specific entity. Even if it does survive for a while, pathetic extinction is likely or inevitable.

A basic error of atheistic evolutionists is the absurd presumption that created natural phenomena have created and continue to create themselves by themselves. That is like presuming that a automobile or dictionary creates itself. The scientifically-theological Bible precludes that with:

Hebrews 3:4 For every house is built by some one, but the builder of all things is God.

In view of all this, it behooves governmental official in charge to not merely allow efficient instruction involving intelligent design in public and private schools, but to encourage and faciliate it....while simultaneously discouraging and even prohibiting preoccupation with inane blatterings of evolutionist lunacy which is clearly counterproductive to innovations, inventions, and improvement with civilized society along with their local and global well-being.
