****Each Item is determined by how you react to situations. S's are worth 4 points, A's are worth 3 points, B's are worth 2 points, C's are worth 1 point, 0-200 spirit power is worth 1 point, 201-400 spirit power is 2 points, 401 and higher is 3 points, and last but not least, the +'s are .5 points more. The overall is an average of all the points you have, which has a scoring system as follows: S is 3.1-higher, A+ is 2.76-3.0, A is 2.51-2.75, B+ is 2.26-2.5, B is 2.01-2.25, C+ is 1.76-2.0, and C is anything less than 1.76.****

The Spirit Wave

Original name: Reikohado-ken

This is a very powerful form of spirit energy in which the user uses his or her entire body as a channeling point for an attack instead of at the point of the index finger in such case as the Spirit Gun. With this channeling put all over one's body, this attack must be used at close range, in fact, the attack doesn't even leave the user's body until it hits the opponent in a punch or a kick. In the charging up phases of this technique, your body may tire out quickly. Only use this if you have mastered all other forms of the Spirit Light Wave.

Spirit Gun

Original name: Rei-gan (Spirit Circle)

The Spirit Wave is focused at the index finger and is shot as a ball of blue light. Also, a double-shot can be performed, but only masters can do so without forcing themselves too much. This can drain all the person's Spirit Energy for days.

The Spirit Wave Orb

This technique is the most concentrated form of spirit energy that anyone can possibly possess. It requires the user to focus all of their body and spiritual energy into their hands, you can't hold anything back and expect this to work with its full force. When all you can feel is the power at the center of each of your palms and nothing else, that is the time that you must force out the blast with what little strength you have left. Only use this as a last ditch effort, because it will render you useless in battle afterwards.

Renzokuken

Original name: Nami

The Spirit Wave is focused at the center of the hand and is charged there until the user decides to fire the wave at his opponent. This is a basic attack that even the newest people at the Spirit Arts should be able to perform.

Syogenkiha

The Spirit Wave is focused the same way that Renzokuken is, except that one hand is placed behind the other hand and the Renzokuken blast is applied with both hands which means double the power of the blast.

Messatsu Gou Hadou

Original Name: Kamehameha Max Power

Place your hands in a Kamehameha stance, focus the Spirit Wave into a ball of Spirit Energy. Make the ball in the form of a shield. Concentrate the energy there until you can no longer hold it or the desired amount of power, then, put your hands in front of you and rush forward to break the shield that was created which releases the attack. Not much drainage, but strong nonetheless.

Lerai

Original name: Botan

The Spirit Energy of a human is focused at the center of the body, and is held there with applied force until the heat of the charge is too overwhelming, at that time the user pushes the Spirit Energy outward from his or her body, resulting in an explosion type wave that depletes Spirit Power of others for a great range. This can drain a person's Spirit Energy for days.

Kaio-Ken Times 1

Meaning: Reverent Spirit

The user focuses his or her Spirit Energy all over his or her body and concentrates the power to a high limit of heat. The result of this concentration is a boost in a person's Spirit Power, making it easier to do other techniques, hit harder, and move faster.

Kaio-Ken Times 2

Meaning: Reverent Spirit

The user focuses his or her Spirit Energy into both of their arms at first, concentrating on that and that alone until the force and heat is overwhelming, then the user pushes that energy toward their legs and focuses all of their Spirit Energy into both of their legs, after that, the user pushes the Spirit Energy to the center of their body and holds it there until they can't take the pain, heat, or pressure any longer. This is twice as powerful as Kaio-Ken Times 1, and drains your Spirit Energy twice as fast.

Kaio-Ken Times 3

Meaning: Reverent Spirit

This Technique is performed the same way KaioKen times 2 is, except that this time, when you can't stand the pain, pressure, or heat any longer, you have to keep going until you feel like you are about to burst, a very valuable move if its a last ditch effort. Please attempt with caution.

Reiki

Meaning: Energy Of A Woman's Spirit

The Spirit Wave is focused at the hand for release into another part of the body or another person for healing purposes. To do this, just place your hand on the spot that has pain and concentrate your Spirit Energy into that spot. Heals somewhat or alot depending on skill.

Shentu

Original name: Hisa (Spirit Shield)

The Spirit Wave is focused at the ends of both hands. The position of the hands should be near directly in front of you pointing toward the oncoming Spirit Attack. The energy is then pushed outward toward the oncoming Spirit Attack and should either absorb or reflect it if done correctly.
