Rylo is the descendant of one of the clones created for the Republic near the time of the birth of the Empire. In his genes he was always attracted to the Mandalorian way. After various trials in his life he decided to follow his instincts and constructed his own Mandalorian armor. In a galaxy where the New Republic was being established his role as a bounty hunter was frowned apon, so he hid behind the name of Velar Drax to keep his identity safe from the authorities. A simple man, Rylo went into bounty hunting to satisfy his greed for credits. Despite his violent nature he only kills in self-defense.
