Mary Capell. He married twice, 1. Ann Williams(daughter of Lott Williams) She died by 1787. They had a child:
Benjamin Williams Battle. Thomas married 2. Anne Gregory, who was possibly pregnant at the time of his death.
Thomas died in 1788 in Onslow Co., North Carolina.
