Chapter Twenty-Five....

When the scary movie had ended, me and Addy went to the Ice cream parlor.

“ Ryan Phillipe is so cute” Addy said.

“ Oh yeah, the other guy wasn’t bad either” I said. “ You know what I don’t get about horror movies, when there about to be killed, they say, please, no don’t do it and crap like that, and like the killer’s going to go, oh, okay, I won’t kill, but you have to promise me I can kill you next time”

“Exactly, and you know what else is pathetic, like in scream, when Neve Campbell is talking to the killer, who claims he is out side, she goes out side! I mean what’s all that about, go outside........” Addy said.

“Shhhhhh” I hushed her.

“What” She whispered.

“I think Chloe` is just insane” The person in the next booth say. The voice sounded familiar.

“ I think she’s making the whole thing up” Another voice said. It was Jennifer’s, and that other one was Cassie’s voice.

“ Rikki is like the nicest person, Chloe`’s just a stupid cow, I don’t know why were friends with her” Allira said. What cows. The girls I call my closest friends are bitching about me.

“I think she’s jealous because Rikki’s prettier than Chloe`” Lauren said Isn’t it interesting listening to people bitch about you literally behind your back.

“That’s not true” Addy whispered to me.

“No, I thinks its because of a little kissing incident last night” Jennifer said. At that point I couldn’t take it. I got up and ran out of the store crying. Addy came chasing after me.

“Chloe`, don’t worry about them, nothing they said is true” Addy said.

“I don’t care!” I cried. “Rikki is ruining my life, she’s turned all but one friend against me, she’s bruised me, she’s almost made me lose 150 dollars, she kissed my boyfriend, and she’s taken away my best friend!”

“You’ve still got me, Chloe`” Addy said.

“But even you don’t fully believe me” I said.

“ I think Rikki is nice enough, but I do think there is another side to her” Addy said “ Look lets, just go home. I nodded my head and we walked off, but it wasn’t long until we bumped into Aaron Stuart.

“Hey Babe” He said.

“Hey sexy” I said.

“What’s wrong?” He asked. I told him the whole story.

“Don’t worry gorgeous, Rikki’s a cow and Alex is scum for doing that, you deserve someone better” Aaron said and hugged me.

“Yeah, well we’d better be off” I said “ Seeya tomorrow”. Aaron had made me really happy, he really had. Then I remembered something Addy said.

“Addy, you know that night when we talked on the phone and I sang my heart will go on?” I asked.

“Yeah” Addy said. “You were saying something about me being surrounded by hot guys, and Aaron came up. Did you say he has a crush on me?” I asked.

“Oh yeah, Aaron’s got a it hot for you, big time”

“ Really” I said as I got home. “Interesting” I said “Well, I’d better go, seeya tomorrow” I said and went inside. Aaron likes me!?
