Hi!! My full name is April Dawn Sobota. I was born in Nashville, Tennessee, but i grew up in NY, a town called Gowanda, which is near Buffalo. I graduated from Alfred University (in Alfred, NY) in May 1998 with a B.A. in Biology. Starting August 26th,1998 i will be attending the University of Tennessee-Knoxville, College of Veterinary Medicine. I am more than excited because this is what i've been waiting my WHOLE life for! It has been my lifelong goal to become a veterinarian! I am presently planning to go into a mixed practice once i get my DVM. I would like to work with both small and large animals, as well as exotics. I also plan on getting experience with zoo animals, which i am absolutely fascinated by, especially the BIG CATS. :)
My parents live in dickson,tennessee. I have 3 brothers, all older. So yes, i'm the baby AND the only girl! I also have 2 beautiful nieces and 2 gorgeous nephews. I adore them and love to make things for them :) Alyssa is going to be 7 in August (2001), Aaron will be 6 in september (2001), Katelynn will be 5 in august (2001) and Matthew will be 3 in october (2001) My family is as important to me as the animals are.

i've corrupted these east tn people into going to a hockey game...this was the sabres playing nashville in nashville in january (2001). that's samantha, me, and leslie...crazy vet students. needless to say, the sabres won :)
