This is Mary Adaline Simpson Walker. The only child of one of our family heroes, Jonas Simpson who was killed fighting for the South at Vicksburg as a 3rd corporal in the Allegheny Rangers, Georgia Infantry Division, Company G, Army of Tennessee, Confederate States of America.

She married Dr. Wiley Walker of Blairsville Georgia. She is the mother of Callie Walker who married Harley E. Gray, my Grandfather.
