Since we are building a Spiritual House we will look at all Scriptures dealing with it.IIn The Old Testament and The New Testament many Scriptures exist. Buying the Land with BLOOD
Leviticus 27:22
¶ And if a man sanctify unto the LORD a field which he hath bought, which is not of the fields of his possession;
Genesis 33:19

parcel of a field, where he had spread his tent, at the hand of the children of
Hamor, Shechem's father, for an hundred pieces of money.
And he erected there an altar, and called it Elelohe-Israel.
2Samuel 24:24
¶ And the king said unto
Araunah, Nay; but I will surely buy it of thee at a price: neither will I offer
burnt offerings unto the LORD my God of that which doth cost me nothing. So
David bought the threshingfloor and the oxen for fifty shekels of silver.

stayed from Israel.
Matthew 27:6-9
Mt 27: ¶ And the
chief priests took the silver pieces, and said, It is not lawful for to put them
into the treasury, because it is the price of blood.
And they took counsel, and bought with them the potter's field, to bury
strangers in.
Wherefore that field was called, The field of blood, unto this
day.

Preparing the building site
Exodus 15:2
¶ The LORD is my strength and song, and he is become my salvation: he is my God, and I will prepare him an habitation; my father's God, and I will exalt him.
2Chronicles 2:9
¶ Even to prepare me timber in abundance: for the house which I am about to build shall be wonderful great.
Job 11:13
¶ If thou prepare thine heart, and stretch out thine hands toward him;

Digging the Foundation
2Kings 3:16
¶ And he said, Thus saith the LORD, Make this valley full of ditches.

Laying the Foundation
1Peter 2:6

Ephesians 2:20
¶ And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ
himself being the chief corner stone;
In whom all the building fitly framed together groweth unto an holy temple in
the Lord:
In whom ye also are builded together for an habitation of God through the
Spirit.
2Timothy 2:19
¶ Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, Let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity.
Setting the Walls
Lining Them up with the Plumbline ( JESUS)
Amos 7:7-8
¶ Thus he shewed me: and, behold, the Lord stood upon a wall made by a plumbline, with a plumbline in his hand.
And the LORD said unto me, Amos, what seest thou? And I said, A plumbline. Then said the Lord, Behold, I will set a plumbline in the midst of my people Israel: I will not again pass by them any more:
Name of the Walls --- SALVATION
Isaiah 26:1
¶ In that day shall this song be sung in the land of Judah; We have a strong city; salvation will God appoint for walls and bulwarks.
Isaiah 60:18
¶ Violence shall no more be heard in thy land, wasting nor destruction within thy borders; but thou shalt call thy walls Salvation, and thy gates Praise.
