apparently from 2046 (through the idea of inquiry); to seek, i.e. (figuratively) to investigate:--search.

 

In God's infinite Wisdom He knew the time would come when you, my Friend would come to seek Him Out.

He Has Paved a Way for you and has embedded into the Scriptures everything you need to know to Find that which you

 Seek

And The Beginning of this Search starts with this word.

Let's look at it by the Scriptures

In the Hebrew it means

 to plough, to Dig , break forth,

Which by the way is the first step in building a foundation for a HOME.

You are building a Home for God to dwell in and that's why your here Digging

If we search through the Scriptures we can find many People digging.

The first Well mentioned in the Bible is one that is Found in the wilderness, it is called in the Bible, a fountain of water

Ge 16:7 ¶ And the angel of the LORD found her by a fountain of water in the wilderness, by the fountain in the way to Shur.

it doesn't say who dug it but I believe it was dug by God .
