Music is my passion. My world revolves around music. Without it, I cannot function. My love for music started very young. The first sign of it was probably the day I started walking. I walked from the coffee table to the TV because George Jones was on singing a song. That was just the beginning. The first time I sang in public was when my dad took me to the Captain's Table to visit my mom at work. Trilly, then the singer there, was singing "Mama He's Crazy", my favorite Judds song. I walked right up on stage, grabbed a mic, and joined in. That one night has been the fuel for the fire. That moment in the spotlight was amazing and I knew that one moment wasn't enough. So I started going any and everywhere I could just to sing. That meant many weekends spent at the Captain's Table and Skull's. I also started dancing. Then, I thought that was it. I was a singer and that was that. I thought someone would walk in one of the clubs and discover me and I'd be a star. Boy, was I off. Through the years, I have learned so much. I have met so many people, both good and bad. I now know that success never comes overnight and to be anyone in any career, a person has to work hard. I guess it's obvious that I was never discovered while singing in Printer's Alley, but that's OK. I have grown a lot since I was singing there at the age of four. I learned that there is more to music than just singing. I have been writing for the past few years and I am learning both the piano and guitar. I hope to grow in all aspects of this art. Now, I don't have any contracts pending, but one day I will. But that's not really what I am after. I want to make my living in music. I don't want to be rich. I just want to be able to live my life doing what I love.
