Okay, so I recently got hooked on Final Fantasy VII. So sue me. I had never played the game, just watched my little brother and I have helped him through it...figuring out things, doing side quests. So far we are on the second disc and have all 4 of the huge materia. So I say that we are doing well. I expect us to finish the game within a week. But I recently started playing, and I'm proud. I have died once. (knock on wood)
Anyhoo, I'm hooked on it. So hooked that I hunted out an avi of Aeris' (Aerith's) death and burial, and was lucky enough to find one complete with music. I also have her theme on midi and as soon as i figure out how, I'm going to put it up on here.
As you may have guessed, I love Aeris. I think that she is the most awesome character in the game, adn I hated to see her die. But remember her last words to Cloud: "Then, I'll be going now. I'll come back when it's all over." She spoke those words to him when she ran off after Sephiroth. Now, in the Japanese version of the game, which is 4 discs long, you can take a side quest and bring Aeris back. but in the American version she can only be brought back by a cheat code. But at the end, she is resurrected by, IMHO, love.
Okay, so I'm a hopeless romantic. I keep thinking about the relaitonship between Cloud, Aeris, and Tifa. And I keep wondering is after Aeris returns, what happens. Which is why I'm currently writing some fanfic on that subject. *grins* Of course I'm writing. i'm always writing something. *laughs* Anyway, hopefully this page will shape up soon. And I'll put some links to some other great FF7 pages.
