This liability statement allows hunting (guided or unguided) and entry upon public Federally owned lands in the state of Georgia for the purpose of hunting, fishing, hiking, backpacking, camping, wildcrafting and/or game tracking with Cherokee Guide Service and/or it's representatives.
Cherokee Guide Service does not know the proficiency of the other participating hunters, fishermen/women, hikers, backpackers, campers, wild crafters or game trackers and Cherokee Guide Service specifically does not make any warranty or representation of any type, kind or character, whatsoever, as to existing conditions upon said lands for hunting, fishing, hiking, backpacking, camping, wildcrafting and/or game tracking purposes.
Any person entering upon such lands for any activity with Cherokee Guide Service enters at his or her own risk, impliedly accepts such lands or activities in the existing conditions, and recognizes that all hunting, fishing, hiking, camping, backpacking, wildcrafting and/or game tracking is potentially dangerous because of the use of firearms/bows by hunters of varying degrees of proficiency during open and/or closed hunting seasons, any and all unrestrained wildlife or domestic dogs and in consideration of being permitted to participate in these services, I, myself, or as parent or guardian of any accompanying minor, unconditionally release and hold harmless Cherokee Guide Service or it's representatives against and for all liability, cost, expenses, claims and damages for which Cherokee Guide Service might otherwise become liable by reason of any accident, illness or injuries to or death of any persons, or damage to property or both, in any manner arising or resulting from, caused by, connected with or related to the presence of any such person upon such lands and premises or participation in any activity or service offered by Cherokee Guide Service , regardless of how, where, or when such injury, illness, death or damage occurs even if caused by the negligence of Cherokee Guide Service, its agent, servants, or employees, or due to conditions, participation or defects in the the premises or activities.
I do certify that I have all the necessary licenses and/or permits to participate in any of the aforementioned activities with Cherokee Guide Service, and that I do not hold Cherokee Guide Service responsible for any lack thereof licenses or permits.
To the best of my knowledge I have no physical restrictions which would prohibit my participation in any and all activities offered by Cherokee Guide Service, including hunting, hiking, camping, backpacking, wild crafting or game tracking, lodging, food or beverage consumption prepared by Cherokee Guide Service or it's representatives.
I, the Permittee, have read this release and understand all its term. I execute it voluntarily with full knowledge of its significance.
