Hi there everyone! I decided to make this page for all my How2Chat buddies! I asked each one of them to send me their favorite recipe(s). I have really enjoyed making this! I got to know a bit about each person by what they love to eat!

c. corn syrup
1 c. dark syrup
1/3 tsp.
salt
1 heaping c. shelled whole
pecans
1 tsp.vanilla
3 whole eggs,
slightly beaten
1/3 c. melted
butter
Combine syrup, sugar, salt, butter, and vanilla:mix well. Add slightly beaten eggs:pour into a 9-inch unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle pecans all over the top. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 350*, approx. 45 minutes. Test if it comes out sticky"cook for 10 or 15 minutes more.

2 tsp.baking

3 c chopped nuts(optional)

raisins
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking

6 c. flour all-purpose
4 c.
greated zucchini
Mix all ingredients together, mixing well. Flour and grease 6 loaf pans:pour batter into the pans. Bake at 325* for 1 1/2 hrs.
1 lb. sausage
1 lb.sharp cheddar
cheese
3 1/2 c.Bisquick
Grate cheese. Mix all together. Roll into tight firm balls. Freeze at least 1 hour. Bake at 400* for 15 to 20 minutes.
HELLO DOLLY CANDY
1 c.
graham cracker crumbs
1 c. chocolate
chips
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c.
butterscotch chips
1 stick margarine

c. coconut
1 can sweetened condensed
milk
In oven, melt butter in 8 X 8 or 9 X 9-inch pan. Spread crumbs over bottom layer, then spread the chips, coconut, and pecans. Pour milk over top. Bake at 300* for 18 to 20 minutes. Will look soggy, but firms up to be chewy when cool.

8 oz.frozen lemonade, thawed
1 48 oz. can
unsweetened pineapple juice
2 48 oz. cans
Hawaiian punch
2 2-liter sugar-free ginger
ale, Sprite, or 7-Up soda, chilled
Mix lemonade, Hawaiian punch, pineapple juice, and soda in a large punch bowl...and wait for the party to begin!
1 can mandarin oranges, drained

med. can peaches, chopped & drained

bunch seedless grapes, your choice of

1/2 lg. pkg. mini marshmallows

lg. can pears, chopped & drained

fruit cocktail, drained
8 or 9 bananas,

1 med. size carton Cool Whip
Make sure all canned fruit is drained well. Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix well! Place in an airtight container and chill for half an hour. Keep chilled when not using.

Slice tomatoes thin. Mix flour, cornmeal, salt, and sugar in a small bowl. Roll tomatoes in flour mixture. Place in a hot skillet. Cook until tender or golden brown.

Cook eggs in boiling water for 12 minutes. Immediately plunge into cold water. remove shells. Pack eggs in sterilized jars, we use those 1 gallon glass jars that you make sun tea in. In kettel, combine remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer for about 5 minutes. Cool. Pour over eggs and seal jar. Ready to eat in a couple days.

orange juice
2/3 c. sugar
2 sticks
cinnamon
24 whole cloves
Mix apple & orange juice with the sugar, in a kettle. Tie cinnamon and cloves in a cloth bag, drop into the liquid mixture. Boil for 5 minutes, steaming, if desired. Serve hot!

1 tsp. seasoned salt
Mix sour cream and mayonnaise. Add dill weed and seasoned salt. Mix well:keep in an airtight container. Refrigerate when not in use.
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 eggs seperated
2 cups milk
1 box unflavored gelatin
3 tablespoons cold water
3 tablespoons rum or 2 teaspoons rum
flavoring
1 square unsweetened chocolate
melted
1/4 teaspon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon tartar
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup heavy cream (whipped)
grated chocolate...for garnish on top
1 1/2 cups fine vanilla wafer crumbs
6 tablespoons melted butter
Start crust first. Combine crumbs and butter press into a 9" pie pan. Chill for about 45 minutes or bake in a 350° oven for 10 minutes, cool, then chill. Stir together 1/2 cup sugar, cornstarch, and salt in a sauce pan. Beat egg yolks slightly, blend in milk, add to sugar mixture, and cook over medium heat stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil, remove 1 cup of custard mix and set aside. Add gelatin to sauce pan mixture. Stir to dissolve. Stir in rum, chill until mixture mounds slightly when dropped from a spoon. Set aside combine melted chocolate, vanilla and the 1 cup of custard mix you saved, spread over crust. Beat egg whites with tartar until foamy. Add 1/3 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, beat until VERY stiff peaks form. Fold in chilled custard mixture, spread over chocolate mixture in pie shell, chill for at least 3 hours or until set. Within 30 minutes of serving time spread whipped cream evenly over pie. Garnish with grated chocolate.

Mix all ingredients well...can be eaten as is, or simmer for 5 minutes on low.
2 lbs pork
loin
4 cans rotel tomatoes (drain juice off)
1/2 cup of onion finely chopped
1 lb. velvetta cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Boil loin until it will tear apart easy, remove any fat..tear meat apart until shredded...in large skillet add a little oil and cook onions until clear. Add meat and rotel... simmer until you reduce liquid a little....add velvetta cheese and cook on low heat until cheese has melted...spread on flour tortillas or any other way u want to eat it.
