1 tbsp butter
approx 1 1/2 lbs meat (beef or pork)
1 lrg onion cut up
salt, pepper & garlic powder (to taste)
3 tbsp paprika (hungarian is the
sweetest)
1 lrg can tomato paste
1 can tomato soup
Melt butter in fry pan, add meat, onions and spices. Cook until meat is browned. Remove and place in roasting pan or dutch oven. Cover with tomato paste and soup add a little water if looks dry, keep mixture moist. Add green peppers and cut up potatoes if you like 1hr before done baking bake at 300f for 2 1/2 hrs. Serve on broad leaf noodles if not using potatoes. Garnish with sour cream and parsley.

1 medium Zucchini
1 medium Summer Squash
1 large Onion
2 Beefsteak Tomatoes
1 cup sliced Mushrooms
1 cup Olive Oil
1 tblsp granulated Garlic
1 lb cooked Jumbo Shrimp (optional)
2 lbs pasta bowties
Romano Cheese
Salt (to taste)
Heat skillet or wok with some of the oil saving most for later. Slice zucchini, squash and onion. Dice tomatoes. Stir fry all until onion becomes limp. DON'T OVERCOOK. Add shrimp, garlic and salt to taste while stirring. Boil water for pasta. Drain pasta and toss all together in large bowl. Add remaining olive oil(or butter) and romano cheese. Enjoy with any Italian table wine. Serves a whole bunch of folks.
