A Kel Dor from Dorin and descendent from a long line of Jedi, Plo Koon masterfully uses his highly-developed extrasensory organs to enhance his Jedi mind powers to extremes. P lo Koon is legendary for his leadership in the Stark Hyperspace Wars, during which he took up the Republic banner after a great Jedi Master was killed. Koon rallied the disheartened troops to an unlikely and miraculous victory, and has ever since been a trusted ally to the Republic Army and Navy as a Jedi Council member. P lo Koon has fought along side Qui-Gon Jinn on several occasions, and looked forward to the day his friend might consider filling one of the Council's short-term positions.
