MONDAY
Breakfast: Fruit salad with yogurt sauce; toast, poached egg and bacon.
Lunch: Chicken Caesar Wrap, with fresh vegetable and dip and angel food cake.
Dinner: Small Caesar salad; meat loaf with roasted red potatoes and cheesecake.

TUESDAY:
Breakfast: Pizza omelet and mandarin orange salad Lunch: Tomato Basil soup with 1/2 ham and cheese sandwich and bean salad.
Dinner: Trout en Papiote with fried corn and broccoli spears and a dessert

WEDNESDAY:
Breakfast: Cold cereal with fresh fruit, toast and sausage.
Lunch: Spring Rolls with Chicken Fried Rice and Flan Dinner: N.Y. Strip with fried fingerling potatoes and tossed spinach salad and a dessert

THURSDAY:
Breakfast: Hot cereal with baked apples and ham slice Lunch: Hot spinach, bacon and egg salad
Dinner: Stuffed pork cutlet with roasted sweet potatoes and mustard greens and a dessert

FRIDAY:
Breakfast: Bacon, eggs, toast and assorted mixed fresh fruits
Lunch: Split pea and ham soup with cornbread
Dinner: Chicken Quesadillas with beans and rice. Flautas or Sopapillas for dessert

SATURDAY:
Breakfast: Pancakes or crepes with creamed butter and hash browns
Lunch: Shredded chicken grilled cheese sandwich and gazpacho.
Dinner: Seafood lasagna with corn, greens and tiramisu for dessert

SUNDAY:
Breakfast: Strawberry and cream-stuffed waffles with bacon
Lunch: Corned beef brisket burgers, fingerling fries and carrot fries
Dinner: Roasted Chicken or Turkey breast with slaw salad; mashed sweet potatoes and green peas.
