Dinner: Trout en Papiote with fried corn and broccoli spears and a dessert WEDNESDAY: Breakfast: Cold cereal with fresh fruit, toast and sausage. Lunch: Spring Rolls with Chicken Fried Rice and Flan Dinner: N.Y.
