Bio: Kitty is a mom, wife, chef, writer and avid reader. She loves to read and collect cookbooks. Her culinary interests are lifelong, however she only recently was able to pursue them by attending culinary school at age 40 and working in the commercial culinary industry.
As a personal chef specializing in patients returning home and recuperating from major surgery, Kitty has learned the many ways that people love to enjoy food and how to subtley get them to add or remove items to better promote their health and nutrition.
At home, Kitty likes to experiment with new recipes and ingredients. Sitting among her many "old" cookbooks you'll find her reading on a Sunday afternoon or, perhaps, creating a new article for one of her freelance magazine clients.
Kitty has worked in the hospitality industry for over ten years. She has held administrative, sales, management and culinary positions. Now, with her own personal chef company and virtual assistant business, she hopes to share her knowledge and insights and encourage YOU to share yours here.
