Healthy Anger Management
Everyone gets angry sometimes. It's just a part of the human experience. Sometimes, the anger feels justified and sometimes, we may blow up over something trivial. Noticing what makes us angry is a good idea. If it's something truly out of balance in our lives... perhaps someone not respecting our boundaries or not valuing our time, it may be an opportunity to shift something that needs shifting in our lives.
We'll be better prepared to voice whatever needs to be voice if we are not in the grip of rage when we try to speak or, which also sometimes happens, the grip of fear. We can be too angry to talk in a way that can facilitate understanding and we can be too afraid to say what we need to say, for fera of hurting or losing someone we care about.
Natural remedies may help us reach a calmer state so that we can more clearly express our feelings, including feelings of anger. It's a nervous system support that may be helpful on a temporary basis, to give ourselves a little bit of breathing room in emotional times.
On the other hand, if we are blowing up over things that really don't matter, it may be time to see a mental health professional, get some counseling and get to the bottom of what has us so mad. If you are under the care of a mental health professional for anger management issues, please check with your chosen healthcare professional before adding a natural remedy to your health regimen.
Introducing Anger Soothe: This natural remedy is specifically designed to help with feelings of anger that may be clouding your judgment or making life unpleasant for yourself or others. I don't recommend taking anything instead of dealing with anger issues but I do recommend natural help while you work through anger challenges.
Anger Soothe is a homeopathic remedy that can help to reduce the occurrence of temper tantrums and is useful to help when rage is a trigger impulse. It relieves angry emotions, irritability and feelings of frustration. It also helps at night when night tension is high and may help reduce instances of night terrors or talking in your sleep.
