Binaural beats, monaural beats and isochronic tones for chakra clearing and balancing
I used to link to a company that sells chakra clearing mp3's but there is a problem with the linking right now so I'm not including it. However, since the main selling point of the products seemed to be the isochronic tones, I found that there are several online to choose from. According to what I've read, isochronic tones are great for chakra clearing and balancing. I have used binaural beats before and benefited but not sure if all binaural beats also produce isochronic tones.
What are Isochronic Tones?
My college professors would roll their eyes at me using wikipedia as a source but it came up first in search and here's the definition listed:
Isochronic tones are regular beats of a single tone that are used alongside monaural beats and binaural beats in the process called brainwave entrainment. At its simplest level, an isochronic tone is a tone that is being turned on and off rapidly. They create sharp, distinctive pulses of sound.
There are lots of free track samples available online, at amazon and other stores, where you can actually experience the recordings and their effect on your chakras before purchasing.
About Isochronic Tones: This was a new one for me so I read a bit about what they said over at the websites. They reference a study done with college students with this type of equal intensity, fast pulse tone and these students actually increased their GPA. Results of the entrainment said to continue even after the students stopped listening.
