Meeting called to order by President Charlie Bell.

Minutes of last meeting were provided for members so reading of minutes was waived.

No Treasurer's report available, Rhea Rippey on authorized leave in New Mexico.

Old Business:

1.  Change to constitution-by-laws , to get the political stuff out, there
was a motion to remove the Statement in Article 1, and 2nd; secretary will rewrite.

2.  Remove statement about membership as deemed by board of directors from
chapter membership.

3.  Add Associate membership to local chapter.

4.  George Neely and Mike Haley to investigate joint use with MTSU or other
sites, about using a helo for parades or functions.

5.  Week of the Eagles- Bob Fladry will check on availability of having a
booth at Campbell Army Airfield on the 10th of June for final day of activities.

New business:

1.  Ted Crosier gave a brief overview on activities at Campbell Army Airfield
and week of the Eagles and 101st Reunion.  Saturday the 10th will include
aircraft Static Displays, Mass parachute jump.

2.  Decision was made to have a Social sometime in August.

3.  Charlie Bell received an Email about an excellent book,
Army Aviation In Vietnam  Vol. I. Vol. II will be printed shortly
and orders are being taken.

4.  Membership renewal funds received from Steve Smith, $10 and Bob Mitchell, $10.
