FACTS: The 604 was Peugeot's first postwar entry into the premium luxury sedan
market. Introduced in France in 1975, the 604 was finally made available
in North America for the 1977 model year.
U.S. models were equipped with four rectangular sealed-beam
headlamps. Canadian 604's, however, had European-style aerodynamic
headlamps which could be adjusted by a dash-mounted knob.
