Homemade Noodles
2 3/4 cups
all-purpose flour
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 cup cold water
1/2 cup butter,
melted
Combine 2 1/2 cups
flour and eggs; mix well.
Add cold water 1 tsp. at a time until
a stiff dough forms.
Work dough until bubbles start to form.
Roll dough out
about 1/8 thick;
sprinkle with remaining flour.
Let dough stand until dry. Cut into
strips; drop into boiling salted water.
Cook for 20 minutes. Stir while cooking
to prevent sticking.
Drain noodles and serve with melted
butter.
Makes 6 servings.
