Windows 98 has been out for over a year!

Critics say that you may have to look hard, but it's out there.
It's been out on the internet in disquise. It still is out there.
All you have to do is find the right files (such as .DLL's) and you can
convert your Windows 95 machine to a Windows 98 machine. Some of these
files are very hard to find though. But some can be found all over the internet.
Point is, Microsoft tried once again to basically steal money away from the
"technologically impaired", and even the experienced users.
