Peek-A-Boo

The biggest request I got when word got out that I doing my personal web page was an explanation of my nick, Sexy Grandma.  Now my question is this:
what part of Sexy Grandma do you not understand?
LOL

A few words about me since this is my page:
I am a 40 year-old single mother of three
and a grandmother of two.

Some of my favorite things in life are:

12.) Genealogy.....it is so fascinating finding out about your heritage. Check out the Genealogy of Elaine Denton!

11.) Reading: almost anything I can get my hands on!
10.) Puzzles and Trivia: Crossword puzzles, jigsaw puzzles, and as far as the Trivia, well anything that makes me think.
9.) Learning: I have taken several courses and received certificates in them, Word Processing and Desk-Top Publishing. I am currently working on a Professional Secretary course which is a degreed course.
8.)I have a very favorite place to go on mIRC #scotland a very friendly chatroom. Give it a try sometime!!!
7.) Surfing the web: I think this is self-explanatory.
6.)Message Boards: Some of us in this group had a new-union last summer where a number of us met in real life for the first time. Great fun.
5.) My friends: Both real and cyber. And I like making and meeting new friends also.
4.) Traveling: I was recently initiated into the world of plane and International travel. WHAT AN EXPERIENCE!!!!!
3.) My niece: Darcie Lari...I was beginning to think that I would never get to be called an aunt. Found out I would be a grandma before I found out I would be an Aunt.
2.) My children: No matter how old they get they will always be your children.
AND LAST BUT DEFINATELY NOT LEAST:
1.) My Grandchildren: Arianna Louise and Jaylin Scott Powell.

Can you tell that I love the colors pink and purple? It really doesn't matter what shade but those are my two favorite colors.

And now the answer everyone is waiting on:

It was around Christmas of 1997 and a friend of mine was visiting me, when my daughter called. Her first words were "Which do you prefer to be called? Grandma? Granny? Grandmother?" My response? "Anything but "Mamaw" or "Memaw"!" Word soon got around and people we knew were calling me Sexy Grandma. So you see no big deal just a joke and I decided to make it my on-line nick.
