TERMS OF SALE: All prices in this listing are FOB Knoxville, Tennessee. Please include payment with order. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express, if account number, expiration date, zip code where your bill is received and signature are included on the order form. We also accept these charge cards on phone orders.
POT SIZE: Indications of pot size in this listing are sometimes an approximation of the size pot the plant should be in, not necessarily the size pot they are in now. However, we will always give you a good value for your money and often a larger plant than usually expected and your satisfaction is always guaranteed.
SHIPPING (USA): - Please include $15.00 for shipping and packing on orders up to $100.00 and 15% on larger orders. We ship plant orders via Priority Mail or UPS unless advised otherwise. Shipping of heavy items, such as potting medium, may be expensive and you will be charged at shipping cost plus a $5.00 per box packing charge. If a shipment should arrive damaged (in our experience this is rare), file a claim with the CARRIER immediately, saving all packaging material for their inspection, and let us know as soon as possible of action taken. We guarantee safe arrival of domestic shipments by priority mail. Weather permitting shipment will be made on Monday or Tuesday after we receive your order.
FOREIGN ORDERS (OUTSIDE USA): - We no longer ship outside the USA.

VISITS: - We welcome visits to the greenhouses, but please note that, although someone is usually available between 10 AM and 3 PM on Saturday, you should call ahead to be sure someone will be available to assist you if you have to travel a long distance. We are also opened by appointment on select other days; just call 865-966-7650 to make an appointment. We are conveniently located west of Knoxville, just 1 mile south of the Watt Road exit (# 369) of I-75-40. Turn by the Elmore Orchids sign into the Orchid Grove subdivision (Lady Slipper Lane) and take the first turn to the right (Elmore Lane) and it will take you right by our greenhouses. Instead of our old single-lane gravel road, the trip to our greenhouses is now entirely asphalt, including the parking lot!
