Why we love Sarah
Sarah Tovah, the beautiful fortune teller of Minea, and the niece to Ys priest decendant Jevah Tovah. It was also a known fact that she was the cousin to Goban, leader of a group of bandits and the one in charge of the gate to Darm Tower. Sarah was the the one charachter in the Ys saga that Falcom never got too much detailed with. There is more attention payed to Lilia, Elena, or Feena. Sarah was the prettiest of them all, and if not for her, there wouldn't have been much of a story, for she was the one whom sent Adol to the shrine to recover the books of Ys. But the news of her murder upon returning to Minea was most disturbing. They didn't say how she died, or who did it for that matter. But my question is WHY. Why was she killed? There was no need for Sarah to die, but she was murdered anyway. There were so many questions left unanswered as well, her history, background, love interests, etc. So I'm going by what I can honestly compile together. But one thing we DO know, is that judging by her tone of voice and such, Sarah was a really nice and caring person. Sarah was also a very intellegent lady as well, she is, it's true. She also held in her possession one of the books of Ys, Volume Tovah. It was her intention to give the book to Adol after he returned from the shrine with the other books, but she never got the chance. She along with her aunt Jevah were among the only people within the land that could actually read the writing contained withing the 6 books. I guess poor Goban was left out, so he became a bandit! Sarah's possession of the book probably made her a target for the monsters, reason behind her death. Didn't want the book, eh Jevah? Put it all on Sarah why don't cha.............gomen, out burst. Sarah probably willingly took the responsibility of holding onto the book to protect her aunt. Whatever the case, we'll never know. That is all, air assault. Skyway 5
