Warning, danger, stop, beware what you speak!
Death, destruction, poorly chosen words really reek.
Words are filled with power to bring them to pass.
For good or bad, blessing or cursing they amass.
Use not the same mouth to bless and to curse.
Choose very carefully the words you rehearse.
Speak not harsh or angry words for this is misuse.
They tend only to harm for they are verbal abuse.
Such words break the spirit and shattering the soul.
They chip away and diminish, the person as a whole.
Choice words are as silver, they build up and edify.
With the words we speak, we do condemn or justify.
Lie not against the truth, speak only that which is right.
Call what is not as if it were, continue to spread light.
Agree with God, speak His word into your situation.
Speaking right will change your world, and your nation.
God's word in your mouth will put the devil on the run.
Fill your heart and mouth with His word and have a little fun.
