Hazelnut Candy

4 C. whole hazelnuts
12 oz. sweet chocolate

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place the hazelnuts on a cookie
sheet and roast them on the oven for 15 minutes. Then let them cool.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler pan or use two pans, the smaller
one containing the chocolate, the larger on containing the water. Melt
over medium heat. Put the roasted hazelnuts in a bowl and pour the
melted chocolate over them. Using two spoons, place clusters of three
or four hazelnuts on greased foil or waxed paper. Let them cool. 

Makes 20 candies
