Acorn Bread

1 C. acorn flour
1/2 C. cornmeal
1/2 C. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. salt
1 T. baking powder
1 egg
1/2 C. honey
3 T. cooking oil
1 C. milk

Combine dry ingredients. In another bowl, combine wet ingredients, then add to dry ingredients, mixing a bit at a time. Pour into greased pan and bake at 350 degree F oven 20-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
