The leaves by hundreds came
The Chestnuts, Oaks, and Maples,
And leaves of every kind.
The Sunshine spread a carpet,
And everything was grand,
Professor Wind's the band
Miss Weather led the dancing.



October gave a party
Everyone was there.
We had a grand old time
with all the leaves of
every kind.
Red, yellow, brown, and orange
Dancing to the band
They all enjoyed the party too.



October will be gone soon
And then the snow will come
Jack frost will be in the air
Snow flakes will dance
the night away.



So enjoy the October party.
While you can.
For winter is on it's way.
