POISON IVY - Equal parts of apple cidar vinegar and water (dab on skin and let dry).
SHINGLES - Apply full strength apple cidar vinegar 4 times a day.

1/2 cup honey
3 tablespoons apple cidar vinegar
1 tablespoon butter
dash of red pepper
Heat and take 1 tsp. as needed for cough and sore throat.

Egg Mask
1 egg beaten slightly
1 tsp honey
1/4 tsp yeast powder
1 tablespoon warm water
Mix yeast with water. Add rest of ingredients. Spread on face. Close eyes and rest 20 minutes. Rinse with cool water. Pat dry. You will 10 years younger.
