One thing in this world I can't understand is what could provoke someone to harm a child. There are millions of people in this world who would happily take in unwanted children and instead of giving their children loving homes, some parents would rather torture, abuse and kill their babies.
I have lost two babies because of miscarrages and even though they were very short pregnancies (2 months and 3 months terms}, it was devastating for me. The only thing that kept and keeps me together is that I know one day I will see those two tiny faces and be able to hold them in my arms.
To me, children are the greatest gift God created. And if you are one of those people who take your anger out on your kids, please think twice before doing it again. The next time you raise your hand in anger, look into the eyes of the little face you're about to strike and remeber the children stories you are about to read. These are babies that never even had a chance in this world. Do you really want to take a chance at losing your precious one?
