Baby Girl Angel was 7 pounds and was 20 inches long, her tiny body was found in a sewage plant. Authorities believe her little body was tossed in a sewer opening or manhole or storm drain. Baby Angel had been asphyxiated.

Authorities do not know who is responsible for this little baby's death.
