Littlest Angel was found being tousled by dogs in a residential neighborhood. Littlest Angel's umbilical cord was still attached and was wrapped in a plastic bag. Police would not release the sex of this baby. It was not known if the baby had been born alive or not.

No charges have been filed, as the person responsible for this has not been caught
