  • April 2nd, 2005 - Saturday - 10:00 am @ Erwin Armory. Hope to see you there.
  • February 5th, 2005 - Saturday - 10:00 am @ Erwin Armory.
  • January 8th, 2005 - Saturday - 10:00 am @ Erwin Armory.
  • December 5, 2004 - Holiday get together 1:30 pm @ armory. Bring a side dish or desert.
  • November 29, 2004 - General Hargett will be at Ross N Robinson Middle School in Kingsport at 6:30pm to talk with families and answer questions.
  • November 20, 2004 - We will be at the Elizabethton Walmart. Plans are for all FRG's to set up at their local WalMart Stores to receive donations for our soldiers. More plans will be forthcoming as they are made available. We will need help with this, so please check your calendars and let you FRG Leaders know what hrs you can help with the booth. In conjunction with this event - we would like to include a "Yellow Ribbon Campaign". We want to see yellow ribbons all over East Tennessee in Support of Our Troops. If you have any ideas or suggestions, please pass them to us.
  • November 16, 2004 - November FRG meeting 6:30pm @ the armory.
  • November 11, 2004 - Sendoff at Camp Shelby, MS
  • October 9, 2004 - 10:00am. FRG meeting at the Armory in Erwin. Be sure to attend. Hope to see all our families at the meeting.
  • September 14th @ 6:30 pm - Regular FRG meeting. Weather permitting we will meet at Fishery Park for this meeting. If it's rainy or cold just meet at the armory as usual.
  • August 10th @ 6:30 - Regular FRG meeting. We want to keep everyone informed so please plan to attend this meeting. We need each family to attend and be involved in our Family Readiness Group. See you there!
  • July 17, 2004 - Family outing to Doe River Gorge for Day Quest, need to sign up by June 8.
  • July 13, 2004 - FRG meeting. We have someone interested in coming and talking to us about a quilt project, Operation Kid Comfort.
  • June 8, 2004 - not a regular meeting, instead we will make posters, signs, decorations and order pizza.

    Star Support - the FRG is making stars available to family, friends, and community to write a message or just sign their names. We need to have stars back no later than June 11, so we can put them up at the armory for the unit to see when they report on the 17th.
