GHOUL STUFFED CHERRY TOMATOES






30 Cherry Tomatoes
3 or more ounces Crab Meat
finely chopped sweet onion to taste
1/3 cup of finely chopped green & red pepper
salt and pepper to taste
1 package (3 ounce) cream cheese softened
1 teaspoon milk
fresh dill sprigs






Cut a thin slice off each tomato top:
Scoop out and discard pulp. Invert tomatoes on paper towels to drain. In a bowl, combine the crab, onion, peppers, and salt and pepper. Mix Well. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and millk until smooth. Fold into crab mixture and stuff into the tomatoes. Garnish on a platter with the dill.
