SPICY PECANS





2 Ts. brown sugar
2 Ts. orange juice concentrate
1 1/2 Ts. butter or margarine
1/2 Ts. salt
1/2 Ts. (your favorite) chilli powder
1/4 Ts. Pepper
1 1/2 Cups of coarsely chopped pecans




COOK the first 6 ingredients n a skillet over medium-high heat. Stir until brown sugar dissolves. Remove from heat, and stir in the pecans. Transfer to a lightly greased baking sheet.
BAKE at 350 for 8 minutes or until toasted. Cool and store in a airtight container.

Yeild: 1 1/2 cups.
