Goku was originally sent to destroy the Earth, but bumped his head and forgot. He was raised and trained by Gohan when he was little. At first Goku's power was normal, but soon started to rise at a very fast rate. His 1st major battle was against Radditz with Piccolo at his side. They won but Goku lost his life. He came back in time to fight some of the Ginyu Force and Vegeta. The fight with Vegeta was awesome Vegeta goes Ozzaru but doesen't do much and Yajorobi cuts his tail off. They get into a beam struggle (Kamehameha v.s. Gallic Gun) and Goku wins by doing his Kaioken attack learned from King Ki while dead. He is the first to reach SS and he uses it to kill Frieza. After the battle with Frieza he goes to Yardrat in an attempt to get off Namek before it explodes. So he is not seen back until the Trunks Saga. Where Trunks tells him off the Androids coming in 3 years, that Vegeta and Bulma are his parents, and of his heart virus. He misses most of the action in the Androids Saga as well due to the heart virus. He fights Cell only to find that he can not beat him and volunteers his son, Gohan, after an attempt to transport him from Earth, he dies, again. He then doesen't want to come back to Earth and he fights in the Other World Tournament, where he meets up with Pikkon. He is not seen again til the World Tournament Saga where he plns to compete, but is interrupted by Babadi, Shin, and Dabura. Then he has to fight Majin Vegeta and is knocked out by a cheap shot from him and does not fight Buu, at first. He fights many tought opponents during the end of DBZ and GT. He also reaches level 4, but not with a ray, just pure power....
