Thomas Hart of Bedford County filed against Andrew Erwin and Henry Alderman, all of Bedford County. Thomas Hart stated some years ago he entered into partnership with Archibald Murphy, for the purpose of selling goods at Wartrace Depot in Bedford County. Business continued until verbally discontinued also written contract made by Patrick Murphy, a brother of ARchibald Murphy. Archibald Murphy is dead and Andrew Erwin is executor of his Last Will and Testament. Archibald Murphy had a son Alonzo Murphy.

This was Thomas David Hart s/o Derryl & Jane (Pitts) Hart s/o James & Elizabeth (Jernigan) Hart. Thomas was born in Edgefield SC in 1818 but died in Van Zandt TX in 1884. He was living in Tallapoosa Co AL by 1860.
