LOIS HART DUSENBERRY
And Family

Mrs. Lois HART Dusenberry, 97, of Mulberry, died Monday in Lincoln Skilled Care Center after a long illness.

The funeral was Tuesday at Higgins Funeral Home with Charles Martin officiating. Burial was in Mulberry Cemetery.

A native of Bedford County, Mrs. Dusenberry was the daughter of the late William and Martha Gardner HART. She was a member of Mulberry Church of Christ. She is survived by a son, Garland Dusenberry of Lynchburg; two granddaughters; seven great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.

Garland Bayard Dusenberry, age 83 and a resident of Route 3, Lynchburg, died Friday, August 16 at his residence. He was a retired tour guide for Jack Daniel's Distillery, Mr. Dusenberry was a native of Lincoln County and a son of the late Newton Dusenberry and Lois HART Dusenberry.

He is survived by his wife, Cora Mae Dusenberry of Lynchburg; two daughters, Joyce Rozar of Fayetteville and Roxann Durm of Lynchburg; seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Funeral services were held Sunday, August 18 at 3 p.m. from the chapel of Lynchburg Funeral Home with Brother Don Manness officiating. Interment was in the Lynchburg City Cemetery. Lynchburg Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
