I would like to invite you to attend the 10th Anniversary Hawaiian Luau National Pageant at the Radisson @ Opryland in Beautiful Nashville, TN. I have made some changes this year that I think you will like. I have added level competition. This way everyone will have an equal chance of winning. The newer contestants will not have to compete with the more experienced contestants. To be eligible for the Novice titles you can not have won over $500 for any 1 title before. Hotel Information
This years host hotel will be the
Radisson @ Opryland. The room rates
will be $119. These are the discount
rates so be sure to tell them you
are with the Hawaiian Luau pageant
when making your reservation. The
phone number is
615-889-0800. Please make
your reservations early. The hotel
is always full in July. Last year
some contestants had to stay at
other hotels in the area because
they did not reserve early. You can
always cancel if you cannot attend.
Age Divisions
0-12mo, 13-23mo, 2yr, 3yr, 4,
5-6, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-15, 16-18,
19-up
Contestants will compete the age
they are on January 1, 2007, or they
may move up 1 division.
All contestants receive a DVD of their Supreme division and a Hawaiian Luau award. No contestant leaves empty handed.

alternates will be chosen per
division.
Photogenic
One color photo entry comes with
your Supreme package. You may enter
extra pictures at an additional
charge. There will be a winner in
each age division that will receive
a National award.
Composite * Portfolio * B/W
Photogenic
You may enter any one of the
above or you may enter all three .If
this score is higher than your color
photo score it will be used to
replace that score. There will be a
National winner in each division for
each of the above events.
12 Swimwear Winners
There will be a swimwear winner
in each division. Winners will
receive a Beautiful National award.
Swimwear may be one or two piece
suits . Older girls should wear
cover ups on their way to the
ballroom.
12 Casual Wear Winners
There will be a winner in each
division that will receive a
National award. Casual wear may be
off the rack or custom made. NO
pro-am modeling in this event. This
score can be used to replace your
swimwear score if it is higher.
12 Outfit Of Choice Winners
There will be an Outfit Of Choice
winner in each division. You may
model any outfit that you choose.
Modeling is free style. This score
can be used to replace your swimwear
score if it is higher.
Sister Discount
First contestant pays full price
for the Grand Supreme package and
the second contestant will pay ½
price for the Grand Supreme package.
Optional events will be full price.
You must send a deposit for
each child.
Sponsor Tickets
This is a great way to pay your
entry fees and your hotel . If you
would like sponsor tickets please
call me and I will mail them to you.
Tell your sponsors that this is a
tax deduction for them as
advertisement.
Early Bird Deadline
The Early Bird Deadline is June
20th. After this date you
can still enter but it will be a
late fee added. I will not take any
door entries. Everyone must be
registered . If you like a special
place in line up get those entries
in early. They will be given out
according to when the deposit is
received.
Registration
I will register on Friday
afternoon from 4:00 until 6:00 and
then on Friday night from 7:00 until
10:00. Please have all pictures in a
plastic sleeve with your name and
age division on the back before you
come in to register. This saves lots
of time for the ones waiting in line
behind you.
Luau Party
Come join the fun Saturday night
after competition at the party. This
will be a great time to relax and
have fun. We will be having contests
for the contestants as well as their
families. I have planned a hula hoop
contest, sexy legs contest for all
you dads , a modeling contest for
the moms. PLUS , don’t forget to
decorate a hat for the hat
decorating contest. and bring it
with you. Use your imagination with
this. You can decorate any type hat
any way you choose. We have had some
really cute ones in the past. Last,
but by no means the least make sure
to come and see the Hula Bear and
have your picture made with him.
Vendors
Vendors of merchandise, if you
would like to attend and have a
table ,please, let me know ahead of
time. You will receive 1 table free
and if you need more than one they
will be $15.00 each. Tables will be
first come first serve. I have to
know how many to have set up prior
to registration.
Rules & Regulations
Please read all the rules below.
1. All bonds will be paid in cash equivalent at crowning.
2. Everyone ,except contestant, must wear their door badge in plain view when entering the ballroom. Door badges can be purchased at registration for $25 or at the door Saturday they will be $30.
3. Any act of bad sportsmanship will result in disqualification without refund. Remember there are children around and they see and hear everything.
4. Deposits are non refundable. If you contact me prior to the pageant you can use your deposit on the next pageant if you are unable to attend.
5. Judges decisions are final.
6. We do not double crown.
7.You may compete the age you are as of January 1st, 2007.
8. No cameras or video cameras are allowed in ballroom during competition and crowning. You may use you cameras during the party for fun shots.
9. All music will be provided.
10. No checks will be accepted after July 1st. No Exceptions.
11. You may pay-pal your $100 deposit with a 4% fee . No pay-pal will be accepted after July 10th. All remaining fees paid at the door must be in cash .
12. Crowning will be in a nice crowning outfit or your pageant dress. Please look nice for this . You may be one of the winners with your picture on all the paperwork and banners for next year.
13. Stage will be in a T formation. There will be 3 x’ s in the back and 1 x in the front.
14. No dressing rooms will be provided. Make sure you reserve your hotel room early so that you will have a place in the hotel to stay.. The Radisson Hotel books up quickly all year and July is a very busy month for them.
15. You MUST be on time for your age division line up. I try to schedule it where everyone has time to change and be back in the ballroom. You will get a detailed schedule at registration as to exactly what time your division starts. No division will start early but you must be there when it does so that you will not get points deducted.
