Muon-particle injection is stepped down and particle generator stopped cold. When possible, shielded exocomps will enter damaged areas to assure the damaged systems are totally inert, and perform whatever repairs are necessary\possible. Irreparably damaged IPS components can be taken offline and released if their continued retention adversely affects the ship.
